As we deal with perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, masalas, groceries, flours, and meat, we do not accept returns unless there is a valid issue with the quality or condition of the product.
If any item is found to be:
Expired
Spoiled
Damaged or in poor condition
We assure you of a free replacement of the same product in proper condition.
3. Product Condition Check
We collect photos of all items at the time of packaging and delivery as proof of product condition.
Customers are required to share photos of the defective or expired item immediately upon delivery for verification and replacement.
4. Refunds
No refunds will be issued if the product is available for replacement.
in case a product is not available for replacement, the company may choose to issue a refund at its discretion.
5. Final Decision
All decisions regarding cancellations, replacements, and refunds are subject to verification and remain at the discretion of Nature Fresh Mart.
